Hair Transplant

Hair Transplantation has changed a lot over the years.

The early Transplants are the ones that every knows and see's, the punch graft, these transplants involved taking a punch, the size of a pencil top, of hair and scalp from the back of the head and a punch from the bald area and the 2 changing places.

You were left with a small bald plug in the hair growth area at the back of the head, and a tuft of hair in the hair loss area, not very natural.

Our Hair Transplants are all the new mini and micro grafts.

Mini and micro grafts are 1-3 hairs only, so replacing the lost hair as it originally grows.
A small sliver of skin and hair is removed from the back of the head,
the skin above and below is pulled together and stitched
When the area has recovered you will not see any hair loss,
as the skin above and below the donor area will have hair growing as normal.

The skin and hair removed is then cut down to 1-3 hairs and inserted into the bald area
the result is normal growing hair just as before.

The transplanted hair will grow as normal for the rest of your life.
